Is there any update going on? My keywords ranking dropped from first page to 5th some are not ranking anymore. Any one here experiencing the same thing?
Could be related to this update https://www.seroundtable.com/google-update-november-18-23024.html however most people are seeing an improvement in the quality of organic traffic.
Yes, you are right. Continuously dropping most of the keywords rank. Search Engine working on algorithm? Or are we doing something wrong that punishing us? Any clue by any expert? It will be great help for us.
I'm looking at the site right now the only changes happened was removing the sliders other than that nothing else.
Same thing happening with me. My traffic is also dropping day by day from November. I have also created thread about it. https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/website-ranking-and-traffic-dropping-day-by-day.2793095/
This might be a google dance that is happening right now. If you have been using PBNs or any blackhatty methods to build links don't panic. Google want's to see if you will panic and remove any links (which if you do, they will know that you have been doing blackhat stuff). This usually lasts about 4 days. If this is not the case, then you should check out if some of your backlinks have been deleted or something like that. I don't know what to say other than this because I don't have a full picture of what your on/off page SEO looks like, and what you have been doing with your website technicality wise. If you come up with more info, I would be happy to help.
Some Times google adjusts its ranking don't worry, wait some time and you will see increase in ranking.
Keywords fluctuation is normal now as Google refreshes its algorithms on regular basis and penguin is a part of it so most of the time you will see different results while searching in different timings.
1. Did you do any major changes on the page? depending on how major the change is, it can take you between 2 weeks to unfortunately, 2 month for the page to recover. 2. It is likely that a "good" backlink fallout right before your ranking fall. 3. Some backlinks you have emerged as spam. You may like to trouble shoot: 1. Use MOZ (have free trial) and identify and disavow spam backlinks. 2. Use Ahref (have free trial) to see which "good backlink" fell out right before your rank dropped. Then try to replenish or replace. 3. Add a few quality text to "pamper" the google algorithm a little. Regards
there may have been a big update that happened around that time. most of my sites experienced some crazy movements too. i wouldnt worry too much about it though. Just keep building natural high trusted links and you'll be fine for the long-term strategy.
yes updating is going on but not confirm by google so wait and watch you can also check in mozcast about what is goin on google.
