Ranking drop on moving tp new web hosting

    Hello ,
    I have problem about dropped ranking of google . My wesite is 1 year old and 3 -4 months .
    Last month , my ranking are top 10 in my keywords .
    I have some problem of web hosting than i move to new server.
    First hurry move , i don't have any problem , ranking is little change but still ok .
    After two weeks , i want move again because i want service better than this hosting .
    Second move , just in a few days , my ranking were drop .
    Finally for 1 week , my ranking were drop from top 10 to more than 100 position .
    And on Alexa report of Traffic Rank and Links In are show "Unknow" .
    ( Since last month , i have changed 3 IP address for my web site from changing web hosting. )
    In a week , i add 5-7 pages but google don't index the new pages , google show only old page that indexed before moved. ( my websit PR is 4 )
    I check from control panel , the google bot often come 1 time a day .
    What happend ? What does i shoul do ?
    Can you help me about my problem ?
