I have redirect my old site to new one, but I lost my all ranking for that site.

can you suggest me how to get that rank back?

Is there I did any wrong?

    Please guide me.

    Thanks,

It will take some time to regather lost SERP. Don't worry they will be back. But do the 301 redirect properly and let Google know about this change via Google Webmasters. Otherwise, duplicate content issue will lead a ban.

Obviously you will loose rank when you redirect your website. Backlinks also works when your website not redirect. Just park your old domain to new domain instead of redirect.
