first, you need to give it time, because fluctuations in rankings are frequent and natural, what you can do now, is keep building quality links for your website, i can't really comment because i am not your SEO and we don't even know your website, but if you build quality links and keep doing it for a while, things will go back to normal and even improve.
All depends on your site but make sure your links are still increasing in numbers, not sitting stagnant.
Usually it happens for new websites...but keep trying to get quality backlinks for your websites and things will go back to normal as funkymario said.
The reason may be you have lost backlinks form some of high pr site may be they remove your link. Now you can do one thing build quality back link again you will get rank, article submission and directory submission can help you
I think fluctuation may be the reason for your sudden collapse. It happend to me also but i think there is no need to worry about it , the thing you can do is to continue your work for gaining some more backlinks and your ranking will be back in few time.
don't worry about this situation because i already face this problem 20 days ago. now i get back my position. actually i don't find out proper reason but there are some possibility may be google dance or some little change in google algorithm. i can't say it is prefect reason but apart from above reason there may be possible of other reason. but if we work properly then it will be back definitely. wait for that.
I heard that Yahoo updating was going on - that may be the reason for SERP down in yahoo. But its a usual issue for all - keep doing linkbilding; you will back on your ranking.
