If you are in top #5 and still you are not getting enough traffic that simply means that either fewer or no one is searching for those keywords
Use keyword research tool and work on SEO to high rankings for those keywords for sure you will get some huge traffic flows

Yes I can say that you have picked the 'very long keyword tails' that is why you cant receive good traffic. However it all depends on how you handle the traffic, it should be highly targeted.
