I just tried to search for my ranking on a certain keyword and the keyword tracker said my site is ranked #47 for that keyword BUT google only goes to page 43! any suggestions or opinions?

Are you sure about that? When my site was ranked 300, I could go there and check it out....

No biggy now, it's ranked #7 - Not too far to go.

no your right I had brain freeze for a second.. I can see site #47 but I don't see MY site anywhere. I think it was a flaw in the ranking checker I used because I just used some other ones and my site was no where! I don't think i'm ranked for those keywords yet :(

Send me a pm with the keywords you are talking about, along with the website and I will check to see where you are at..

And, I can help you get higher in the rankings if you like.

I would just keep on paging back and looking for your link until you find it. Those checkers and stuff can be off. Best to just go seek it out yourself.

...And Google's pages go past 43 I'm sure...but did you mean number 47 or PAGE 47?

Go to Google Search (Advanced) & change the search results per page from 10 to 100, then do a page search, should be faster than scrolling thru all the pages...

Also, If your logged into your Google account, & when you do your Google Search, use something like Google Chrome Incognito Browser, or Google will give you results that are based on your internet history.

If your logged into your Google account or havn't cleared your browser history, google will move your site closer to page #1 in the SERPs which sometimes might be false...

I always use Google Chrome Incognito browser when doing research in the SERPs.
