Ranked well everywere in Google but not in USA

I have some sites hosted in Canada (I have dedicated server there).

Everything was pretty nice, except of the situation with 4 of my sites hosted there - one-by-one during last 6 month came out from US tops, but still ranked well in another countries (especially in Canada)

All sites: 1) with US address in whois; 2) Geo targeting in WMT selected as US about 2 month ago; 3) content and titles of some pages contains mentions of exact US states (and should be useful for visitors from those states); 4) link backs mainly from the sites hosted in US (at least 90% links from USA) 5) all sites are .com or .org, one of them DMOZ listed, two of them 14 years old...

I can't believe, that all that above doesn't enough for Google to target those sites for US audience!

Only one thing doesn't saying for Google that those my sites are targeted for US - IP (server location).

I have such trouble only with 4 sites, others (more than 15) are ranked pretty well in USA on the same host... That is why I'm not sure about US IP.

    Is that a filter?
    Any ideas?

I don't think, that this phrase "VPN services" is very competitive...

I think you probably changed the subject of the websites recently and that`s the reason.

Thanks for idea! But nope... :(
Subject and titles were partially changed only on site #2 and (added few words to title, added some new pages).

Homepage, titles, design of the site #3 almost didn't changed from 1999

Have you looked at the links going to the site? Are they all from sites hosted in other countries as well?

I guess it could because of your server's location. If your server located in US, it may have advantage on getting good rank there.

Yeah, but only 4 sites have this trouble. But others located on the same server (more than 15 sites) and ranked just great in U.S.! That is why I'm not sure about US IP...
