Ranked second in google.com and google uk out of 171 million

I did have first place in google.com and .co.uk for spot cream but this keeps jumping back and forth and has been this way for about a year.

How can i improve this to be more stable ?

Does my site show in second for your area in google ?

Being a PR3 and ranking 2nd in 2 major search engines for spot cream how much value would this add to the website.

Please give advice.

 

its no.2 here.
well, 'spot cream' got only 33000 monthly global search and 210 local search, with estmated CPC just $0.21
you can use that parameter to determine how much your site worth

 

roughly it brings in about £17 per month.

its also ranked high in bing and yahoo i will post back the site stats if i can work it out

it is ranked for more than just spot cream.

 

have added webmaster and stats screen shots more detail can be added if needed

just an update the site now earns around £28 per month and i have barley updated it in the last year

 

Your stats are only google based and that also determines what country the searches were for
