    Why are you posting immaterial search details? Does your website even get 15 people everyday? I doubt it. Why post google keywords and CPC and not some stats from the website's cpanel. Aren't those more useful and apt to people who are trying to buy a website? You have more than 400 posts...I'm pretty sure you are aware of that....Who are you trying to rip off? Those stats you posted mean nothing for the website. They are just how the buyer can expand it. As of today this website is getting very low to no visitors.

    Sorry for being harsh. But it is what it is.

    As I mention the website is new and didn't have many visitors yet but as it's ranked already and I have done some promotion that in fact it got 19 visitors today (9 March) (http://lambkebabrecipe.com/wp-conte...bkebabrecipe.com_20120309_DashboardReport.pdf).

    Now these search informations are for some people like me important. These indicates how many visitors a site can get if they are ranked for those keywords. I am specialised in the kind of websites, if I a buy domain or sites I always take a look the exact searches or position. Why? Because it's valuable. I know this, many experienced niche sites owner know this. I don't know why you don't know this.

    So don't tell me I am trying to rip off. I recently just sold a site at flippa for $2000(https://flippa.com/2705827-pr3-site-ranked-for-multi-keywords-8000-unique-from-1895-keywords). As you can see I included they keywords too, only I have visitors data for that cause the site is already a few months old. I also done many business in DP including buying and selling websites and I never got an negative iTrader and I am member since 2007.

    This site, once again, is still new. And I said in my first post that there is not much traffic. So please if you don't know why I am doing this, research first before you call someone for rip-off.
