    File Hosting can bring some nice cash with CPA. Video hosting comes 2nd and Image hosting last.

    Out of the options above, I'd suggest file hosting, but all three of those are very saturated. Video hosting will take up too much bandwidth, you'll spend hundreds per month on servers only if you get even slightly popular, and it's not really that good for earning. As suggested, you can put some CPA leads up and also have premium accounts (like RapidShare).

    Personally, I voted for other. Start some niche blogs and work on your search engine traffic.

    I'd probaby go with something more unique. there are thousands of sites like these. I would probably go with the video hosting of these three.
