The links that appear for the same site under the main result? If you are asking about that, thats purely algorithmic..

You would need to get more of quality links for not only pages but inner pages as well..

You would be required to maintain the site at the top for most of its KW's and let it become an authority for its KW's.. Sitelinks would then prolly show up..

Its algorithmic, and the only thing you could do is suggested already
