    No, i'am afraid no tool is available. U have to plan some strategies though for getting your website to get good SERP and the process is time taking.

    Hey gree,

    there is no any tool to promote your site instantly. although some tool like directory and article submitter and other are available but not trusty. so i will suggest you do it according the google or search engine law.
