I have a question about the rank of a site for a specifc search of key words, does the amount of times that site is clicked on effect the rank for that keyword or ranks is based purly on page rank. Do certain site / sites move up in rank for a keyword if they are clicked on and vice versa, do other sites move down in rank if they are not clicked on the search results for a specific keyword.

it definately does play a small role, how much I'll leave to the experts. Just the number of clicks is part of it and the organic clicks makes it better. But, your site must be coded for that/those key words.
