Rank continues to drop

    My website was rank 14 in Google for one of the main keywords.
    But since two weeks ago Googlebot almost stopped to visit my site.
    Then the ranking dropped... now I only got to page 6.

    How can I recover the ranking?

    This just happened to me as well. I was 14 and now am 132 in Yahoo. I am still 12 in Google. This just happened over the last week. I don't know what happened but I am not happy about it.

    Do you have more links pointing to your page with the keyword than the other sites ranking higher? Of course, there's also the lesser issues like onpage optimization...

    This happens even when I even managed to get a PR2 over the weeks.
