I work for a SEO company based in the Netherlands. For our automatic rank checking we use WebCeo (www.webceo.com), which isn't a user friendly application. I've been searching on the internet for a better tool but so far I haven't found anything good. I found one I could probably work with: http://www.seomoz.org/. I've sent them an email but they haven't answered yet (holiday maybe in America?). Can anyone review this app? Does anyone know an alternative for WebCeo? What I search for in a Rank Check Tool is: - Easily insert client name, url and keywords belonging to the website. - Determine per client which search engine needs to be checked (for example: only dutch search engine like www.google.nl, www.vinden.nl or only german like www.google.de) . - Exporting CSV document. - A scheduler option (does the results need to be checked every week, every month or every two weeks. This can be determined per client). It doesn't have to be a free app. As long as it's worth it's money........ Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance!

I've came across that one during my search on the internet. For our company it isn't good enough unfortunately. We tried it out, but it's just not what we're are looking for. The app has to be a bit more professional.
You want IBP, check my signature (the top 10 rankings link) it has a free demo you can try. It has scheduler, export to .csv, xls, xml, .tab as well as create HTML reports to FTP online. Also it creates a letterhead with your company logo and details, the report contains the keywords checked, date etc. It seems to do exactly what you want, plus has a ton of SEO features besides the ranking reports.
Hmmm, it seems interesting, but it also seems like a tool to help optimize your website and not check the rankings of keywords in search engines. Please correct me if I'm wrong off course. If it is a rank checker tool can I also set the search engine per client or does it search through all the American search engines?
It does a lot of things, but yes it does ranking check with all the features you want. Yes it has 1,000s of country search engines and you make a profile for each client which stores the custom report branding, search engines, keyword data and a whole stack of other settings. You just select the client, click a button and it uses the profile when running a scan or the schedule.
I probably will download a demo version so I can see what it does and if it has any value for our company. It truly does sounds interesting,. Does the demo version contains all features of the app or is it restricted?
