Rank #5 in Google.FR but not in .com?

I have a myspace layouts site that
comes up on the first page of results (myspacelayouts)
in Google.fr and Google.gt and maybe another one
but it's nowhere near that in Google.com?
what's going on? what causes this? is there anything
i can do with this info? tweaks? any thoughts??

Search results vary greatly based on your geographic location.

Install the Google Global firefox plugin to see what the search results look like in different countries.

 

Sometime google also view the geographical location of your backlinks. And measures the quality of links.

 

Where is the server located?

What is the tld?

 

i think it's only related with your backlinks. if i were you, i will try to get more backlinks

 

the server is in chicago - LOL

 

location of the server
countries where your backlinks are coming from
a .BE will rank better in belgium and a .IT better in Italie
language

These are some factors I can think of.
