    Let me try and explain what the CH wants,

    The CH wants you to optimize your site(or make a new site) for google such that when you type "Al***er Do***off"(Word censored on purpose since google might crawl DP and show this as a result) in google "your" site should be the first. i.e Your site has to rank #1 on google for the above mentioned keyword before february 5th. As simple as that :)

    yup now google updates i was on top at 8:05 in the whole world

    CS also seen it on tuseday thay i was on the top .. but he was waiting of thursday
