I am looking for a random post plugin that displays like three post titles under a category called Random Posts in my sidebar.

    Any recommended good ones?

See the ones I've been finding were like you go to blogname.com/?random and it will take you to a random post and that's not what I wanted.
    Thanks!

Wwell you have other options. I don't know about the randomness, but here are some other things you can do:
*You can put a "Related Posts" plug in in, that will display posts related to each post at the bottom of the post.
*You can take the feed from feed burner, and display that in the side bar.
*You can set your categories, and tag your posts so that readers can click the category at the bottom of the post and get other posts in that subject matter
    * or just set your previous posts setting and put that in the side bar. I think you can display up to 15.

That's all I got, maybe someone else knows of something..

By the way, this: [get_random_posts('’,'’,3); ] is just the code you place to trigger the plug in to display the content, it's not a URL that anyone has to type in. You place it once and forget it, and it will display what it's supposed to.

    I know that.

I've done those other things and the random post plugin is not working so I'll just use it later once I switch themes. I think there is something with this theme that's wrong because the related post didn't work either for me.

Here is another one for side bar widget support that displays random post.

Maybe you will have better luck. It puts an already configured widget in your side bar panel and you just set the parameters

    Hope that's the one:)

By the way, I like the new feed button, it fits perfectly.
