Random increase in traffic?

Hi guys I have talked to a few webmasters recently and I asked them how long it took them before they all got major traffic. They gave me the answer that one day their google traffic just tripled. But what causes this huge increase in traffic? Why did they suddenly start ranking so high for some keywords all of a sudden.

In other posts people have mentioned that "google now trusts your website" or similar. So what has happened so that now you rank for so many more keywords?

Any light on the solution would be great!

 

well the possiblity is that there is a change in alorgithm even a small change if benefited could rise traffic..

 

the way Google recognizes your site is important, if it finds it unique you will get good ranking . it is highly unstable. today #1 could be tomorrow's #10

 

i think unique content is must for rankings

 

It matters to your content and bounce rate. Have unique content and once your on the top 10 you'll be dominating the SERPS

 

It could be that a site ranks top and the site start getting lot of traffic. Authority of site sure does play a role.

One thing I found though, constant work to maintain the website quality helps a lot.

 

When SERPs update and your site is SEOed for that terms traffic is on top results. Then the traffic starts pouring in. cheers.

 

The answer is simple. They got too much post that it brings so much traffic to their site. just keep on creating valuable content and you will get it.

It all comes down to the hundreds of factors that Google takes into account including domain age, content, frequency of content update, backlinks, site popularity etc. No one can give you an accurate answer, but build your site slowly and organically and google will love it

 

Content is the king of article, so improve your content and update everyday your site.

 

Well, you have to work on the consistent bases so that you can maintain a good level for your daily traffic and through this traffic, the CTR of your website can increase and as a result, your keywords ranking will also be increased by this way.....

The most important of the SEO is the content,if you have good content,the visits will come back often.

 

Yes,content is major source of traffic,if contet is good and visitors like it then they will visit your site again and in this wa your traffic increases.
