Hi, I ran into a couple of problems after installing WP 3.0 and a new theme to my site. I am yet to figure out a few things like... (I have no idea of coding) 1. Adding slides / items to the slider below the header. Tried making posts sticky which seemed like it worked. But the looks of the slider was horrible as the slides had huge gaps and were very far in between. Further, the slides I could manage, were without images. 2. There seems like there are several inbuilt widgets which I have the option to make use of sometime later but for the moment, I don't see the most basic widget - Recent Posts. Is it eliminated from the WP 3.0 version? There are a couple more headaches like these, but I guess, I can somehow try and manage with them. I really appreciate any help to sort things out.
