Ramifications for commercial use?

So let's say I charge for people to post to the CONNECTING category on my site but everything else is free to post to and use. Now let's say I paste a couple widgets on my site that have a TOU of non-commercial use only.

If I am making money from one category on my site, everything else is free, can I still use the widgets -or- can I only use the widgets on personal blogs or nonprofit sites?

How extensive is commercial use and non-commercial use?

Also does using "others" YouTube videos on my site (if monetized) fall under this non-commercial use category?

    Thanks

Unless otherwise defined by the TOS, non-commercial use means the blog/website takes in no income whatsoever. That includes advertising, donations for bandwidth, subscriptions, etc.

Thanks, mjewel! I figured that was the likely case but I had to ask. If you're in the SF Bay Area check my site out sometime in my sig.
