People go to movies to have fun or to relax or to get a message! Most Rajini films have fun and sometimes with message! The fact that Rajini is more popular because of his entertaining style! Cinema is an Entertainment Industry! Do you really think people will be entertained just with excellent acting?? I like Kamalhasan's Anbae Sivam but Not Dasavadaram! In Dasavadaram, he acted good but there is no good entertainment nor a good message! I hope you got the point!

Rajinikanth is the super star... Kamal is the super actor.. Both have done great works to carry the kollywood industry forward, It's better that we don't compare them.... They are great in their own ways....
Kamal = performance Rajni = mass entertainer both are great in different point of views....so both are great but cinema is to entertain people, so i go for Rajni

Kamal Haasan is one of the most versatile actors in India. I think only the malayalam stars Mohanlal and Mammootty match him in quality of acting. Rajini is also a good actor though i am not a great fan of his movies
