Raja scammed me

I advertised in the contest forum for a slideshow to be created:
- he pmed me and wanted to participate in the contest
- he asked me to add him on msn messenger
- he than tried to ask me to pay him more than the advertise prize money and refused to fall into this trap
- he than kept on insisting for me to close the contest so hes the only who can do the work
- at the end of the project after i paid him, he wanted me to give him positive before he sends the file, after i got the files and intergrated it into my website it did work properly
- i am getting the coding inspected by professionals at this point and found out the files he sent me was broken to began with
- i've been trying to communicate with raja for technical support and refuses to fix the problem and think its my problem

 

And so what do you want here mods and admins to do

 

Baseless allegations i have been in the forum since 2006 and my reputation is always good and positive. He paid money only after he liked the work and then only he paid me .After that he messed up with files and want me to fix them again. Hes rude and using abusive language .The same files are working fine with me .He gave me the feedback only after he liked the work.
