I believe most of us participate in Adsense revenue share here on DP. How much money do you really make guys? A few cents now and then. Does it even make any difference to you? But we can make a difference if we do it together. I think Shawn should set up a charity channel on his adsense account. We should then have an option to use that channel. Then every month or 6 month (depending on the amount of money accumulated) we can have a poll to decide what charity the money would go to. Shawn can then go ahead and donate the accumulated money.

Whats a $1 or $2 to you? I think together we can make someones life better.

There are several charitable options available, I believe. Dominic's has been around for a long time. Hulkster has a charity he supports.

Well, it sounds like a good idea to me

I don't make anything from the revenue share... maybe $.02 a day.

It's actually Gluten intolerance - my kids have Celiac disease - no pizza and beer for 'em! ;-)

I've done a couple of zany offbeat fundraisers and awareness things - most notably the Controllable Christmas Lights for Celiac Disease - over $17,000 raised for the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research.

WRT DP Adsense Revenue Sharing: I switched mine to Dominic a lonnggg time ago, so hats off to him for this idea. Also, I prefer to try to get people to donate directly to UofM - this way, they are assured all the money goes there, plus they get the tax deduction. So as much as I would like more $$$ to help find a cure for Celiac, I don't think I'll go this route ... but again, I think the idea of DP Revenue Sharing going to charity is a great idea.

BTW, I do provide text links for charitable donations - read more here.

And when we get closer to the holiday season, I have an interesting/novel way for Adsense publishers to help raise Celiac awareness. One person I've bounced it off says awesome idea and they are all for it - send me a PM if you are interested in an early look at it.
