I put up this gallery for my parents and they dutifully put tons and tons of photos up during their vacation with lots of good descriptions of the photos. Any idea why this site never got any traffic from SE's? http://www.rainbowseeker.us http://www.rainbowseeker.us/gallery Could it be something stupid like some META tags or something in the header that prohibit SE bots from crawling? It's like it's stuck in the Sandbox for 2 years. Any SE advice for this gallery appreciated! I tried some URL re-writing but it didn't seem to have any effect. Eric
Well you don't have a robots.txt file, and your meta tags and title are not optimized. I see you have a lot of pages already indexed on yahoo at least which is good, but you can put the keywords into the meta tags for different pages. I also noticed you are #2 for "rainbow seeker" but it seems rainbow seeker is some kind of band?? so people wont click on your site if they are looking for a cd!
