    top 10 in both yahoo and google. consistently over 100 uniques per day on average over the past 10 month's...... i haven't updated the site since last year, no time...busy with a ton of other projects.

    no idea what the revenue is like, i quickly threw up there the ypn code some 6 month's ago and never even setup a channel...never optimized it either.

    selling based on traffic, nothing more and nothing less...domain is priced accordingly. of course there is lots of potential as well... still looking for a new owner for this one, send over a pm if interested.

    $500 is quite high i think to start since site has no revenue but low traffic only. anyways good luck with sale

    I agree, I think you have set an unrealistic minimum bid amount for what basically is a non revenue site.

    It's not the matter of affording something, u tell us a site for $50k we would buy it now if it has that much worth and have good scope in fuuture :cool:

    yes, i understand.

    with regards to the site i am selling now, it has massive potential...the guy is still very young and has a bright future, so with that said... $500 for the #1 or #2 most popular fan site for him is a drop in the bucket.

    i know how this works, you try to convince it's not worth even that... you go low, i go high..negotiations...etc.

    offers over $500 and not a penny less..that is not a buy-it-now price either, just a starting point. i wouldn't mind holding on to it for another year and watch it grow.

    just testing the waters right now, if there is any real interest here that is great, if not... oh well.
