radiator is accounting time useage in minutes ie...7344 minutes not 122 hours 4 minutes or whatever. when i use the optigold parser it maintains that format therefore optigold now thinks this customer has used 7344 hours and wants to charge for it. any ideas on how to fix this? do i raise my time limits in hours in optigold to correspond to minutes or is there a better way?

    thanks all

You would need to divide the number by 60 before you import it into Optigold.

Or alter whatever parsing script you are using.
