RadioBlogClub - Allowing Copyrighted Streaming Musics

    Hi,

    I have been using RadioBlogClub since February 2006 and I was wondering whether RadioBlogClub.com is a legal site. Of course the dont host the musics...they let other people host the musics.

    Musics in MP3 format are re-formatted to RBS and RadioBlogClub claims that it is legal.

    Is this really legal?
