I cant seem to find the "Goodies" folder - is there a way that someone can point me to getting a fresh copy of this folder so that I can try and figure out how to link the two programs together...

Does anyone else run these two together? Have any helpful hints?

    Thanks

There is no "Goodies" folder for Optigold, or is it something that is part of Radiator?

Hmmmm I was reading in the directions for Radiator that there is supposed to be.... maybe I missed read - I will go look in the radiator folder. Supposidly there is supposed to be some examples already done.

Shawn - does Digital Point have any directions on this - linking radiator and optigold?

    Thanks
    Jill

The most common way would be to setup Radiator to authenticate off a MySQL database, then have Optigold control it under the Server Events via the SQL events.

hi I am currently trying out the trial version of Optigold and Radiator before purchasing both of them for an ISP hotspot solution.

I have check the server events and i have a question.

Do I have to create all the events one by one and connect them to the sql events?
or do I create a generic event that will do all ?

The events should be SQL events to begin with, so you should not need to connect them to SQL events. Maybe I'm not understanding?

    Hi Shawn,
May I know what are the sql events? is creating a new customer one of the events?
I went to the server setup events, and i saw 2 sections, new events and old events.
So what do I do next?

    Happy New Year, dude.

    Regards,
    Adrian

The actual SQL statement would really depend on your table structure of the database you are trying to control. You would want to use the new style events for sure though.

As I understand it the goodies folder is part of radiator where they give various templated samples file formats for radiator to integrate with. I have a trial version as well.
