Rackspace MySQL Connection Address

    Hello,

    I am trying to gain access to an SQL database on Rackspace. It's a MySQL database and I need to do a backup for a client, however we do not have access to the cloud which would normally be used to access the backend.

    Previously I have connected to a website using a GUI like RazorSQL and grabbed the database using that, as I have all the login info, just lacking the connection address.

    Is anyone on rackspace and could provide me with the connection url?

    For example namesco is:
    213.171.206.211

    can't you or your client give rackspace a call/shoot an email?

    Tried that.

    They wouldn't talk to me without client account information. I don't have that, and there is a legit reason. Someone on here must have rackspace and be on the cloud and know the mysql host address/ip.

    well I don't know if such host is the same for everyone, but actually asking your client to call them and give you such info could still be the quickest way since you got no replies here in ~20 hours
