I've always loved how the FBI and CIA always step on each other's toes. The only checks and balances we have are in those secret cabals with us depending on good souls and honest people as opposed to the "system." It's a little worrisome, but for some crazy reason it does make me feel better about what's going on. Whenever an official considers himself a human and citizen first before an agent to some political power, we get that much more time to figure out what our rights are and how to defend them.
