I know asian countries frequently use english words as a design element to appear "hip" and "cool" it's just sad - so much miscommunication could be abolished by simply hiring better proofreaders as to the store owners, I think they are the guiltiest parties involved okay, it's absolutely plausible that they didn't know until it was brought to their attention but that's no excuse playing the "I'm-the-shitty-little-middle-man-don't-blame-me" card is repugnant to me I can't stand people who pass the buck IMO if you are in business and one of YOUR customers has a valid complaint, you apologize to your customer and take matters up with YOUR supplier at a later date it's not your customer's responsibility to fight your battles for you but that's just me vanessa.
