Race car sponsorship?

Just curious but my family runs IMCA and UMP Modifieds through Michigan and Wisconsin and wonder if anyone would even consider such a thing? I've got most of a car together right now, brand new car, needing about $4500 more to finish car (motor, transmission, guages, body), $350-500 for vinyl work, and approx. $2500-5000 to build/buy a race trailer (either enclosed or open trailer).

Now I know this is odd to ask, but does this sort of thing intrigue anyone? Tons of road advertising aswell, as we drove approx. 2.5-5 hours to any given racetrack, running many nights with big name series that draw crowds of 5-10,000 people.

Can get pictures, etc. if this interests anyone. Looking for feedback if this could be used to drive branding to someone, plus all links would be on my website, aswell as promo cards that are given away (could include Tshirts to be distributed at intermission, frisbee's, etc.).

Can you give an area range in Michigan? By county or at least the furthest tracks you drive too.

While I can not personally help, I'm from Michigan originally, and may know a few people willing to buy some spots.

Mostly this year I think I would race in Wisconsin, but Michigan tracks include ...

Thunderbird (North of Muskgeon), Hartford (Hartford, MI), I96 (Jackson I believe), Kalamazoo (If I could get asphalt tires and setup).

Wisconsin: Beaver Dam Fairgrounds, Shawano, Sturgeon Bay, Antigo, Luxemburg, Oshkosh, Chilton, Wilmont, Powercom Park (Beaver Dam, WI)

I'm originally from that area. PM me your email address and site information and I'll pass it along to a few family friends who are race fans. (personally I can't stand it). I can't promise they will get in touch, but *shrug*

Hit up a few of the Nascar/car racing websites out there.

They would be a natural fit for you.

I probably wouldn't be downstate much this year, so I'll pass on that but thanks for the offer.

I was hoping this might just catch the right eye, so I'll keep this up. Have a lot of information for anyone interested, including past years (final points from my dad's racing career), also tentative schedules and promotional ideas.
