r u hard worker or lucky person ?

some employs are do hard work and sincere but they did not get any promotion or increment, some employs did not do hard work but within short period they will get increment and promotion also what you think about this friends...what type of category now you are ?

 

I m hard worker but not lucky person.....

if you are a hard worker just be sure that you enjoy what you were doing.

if you are a lucky person get evolve and keep it up since sometimes luck will come only ones.

lucky or hard worker is fine but be sure to have the goal in life..

one is to achieve what you want and the second is ENJOY IT.!

I work my ass off all year long.

 

i tried hard work but last 6 mouth not have project in my office.....

 

I don't agree about lucky person. The lucky person is smart one.

 

The reason why I never get a job and start my own business. I don't need other to evaluate my performance. My earnings is equivalent to my effort.

yes i see some of my friends in my college and school also they always playing, cutting class etc but using their talent they will get high mark comparing to others i am also this type of person only i don't do any hard work but some of good things (good luck) come to me.....

 

Hard work in itself will not get you promoted.An ant is a hard worker,should I promote it? You need to be personable and have charisma to get promoted.The world is full of hard workers who have no abilities other than this.They will stay where they are in life.As to lazy people getting promoted well...for me a lazy creative employee is more valuble than a hard worker.Be creative,personable and a hard worker and I will notice you.
