You have to be very ignorant to believe in any form of organized religion. I wouldn't even bother following a religion unless you've studied all 4,600 of them acorss the world. The chances are you're wrong anyway.

Any self respecting person would study all religions with an open mind and then make their mind up. Not believe any old shit someone tells you to believe, that's so fucking retarded.

According to Revelations there will only be 144,000 people saved so best choose one of the smaller ones...there's obviously no hope for Christians or Islamites...might you be the ONE?

 

Being a Muslim does not mean that heaven is guaranteed. No person in this world can say that I am sinless and I will go to heaven. We are all sinners, its in the nature of humans beings to do this, but the difference between true believers and hypocrites is that they repent once they realise they have made a mistake and never repeat it again.
They don't commit a sin by assuming that Allah is merciful and He will forgive.
In one of the hadith, Allah says to being the people of Adam who will go to hell, Ibrahim (PBUH) asks, how many, Allah said, out of 1000 bring 999.
So, even among the believers of Allah, only 1 in 1000 will go to Heaven.

So why complain about others failings then? As long as you do the 'right' thing you might be the one that gets through (if that's your desire).

Does it tell you in your book that 'western culture' is bad? Freedom is bad? Democracy is bad?

We may have all decided this could be heaven right now. We're all adult enough to know what we're doing and don't mind accepting the consequences AFTER WE ARE DEAD but we don't need anybody telling us we're bad when we're doing our best to live a 'good' and a 'just' life, as it is.

Maybe we don't want to be the 'one' that goes to heaven, as long as we can enjoy our life now. But having made that decision people like you come in and tell us we are bad, and we are absolutely not.

If you think about what it takes to have a 'civilised society on earth' then that is the western lifestyle, and is why we live it.

Sure there's still corruption throughout the place (more in Middle East though) but as you said 'we are all sinners' and if you're doing a great job, what's wrong with a bit of wealth to boot? People soon complain if it gets out of control and the 'sinners' too will go to jail.

Violence in all forms should be fully outlawed.

Quran (2:216) - "Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not."​

 

Guys wake up there is no man sitting on a thrown up in the clouds. That is caveman logic. Also, almost all religions are of violence, not just Islam, 90% of wars throughout history have been started by the "my god is better then yours" mentality. Religion has set intelligence back a couple thousand years. Here it is 2010 and we are still thinking like cavemen who are brain washed to believe in an invisible man in the sky. Sin is nothing but a matter of opinion. What is a sin to one will gain another 170 virgins when they die or whatever the mumbo jumbo is today.

There is no good or evil only opinions of what is right or wrong and one man forcing their believes onto another. So if their is no good and evil how the hell can their be invisible men who stand for either? So let us all use our own thought process and think outside the brain washed boxes we call our head and stop waiting for some guy in the sky to save us.
