My apologies for the dup post (other in Advertising with no reply). I'm in a crunch on this and can not yet find through research possible suggestions or solutions. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I could use your advice as I'm trying to research this for a proposal I'm preparing for a potential client. My niche is Alcoholism and Addiction Recovery Client wants text ads (anchor text) only in promoting his treatment program by the use of key words not his site name on 9 of the sites. 3 forums and 6 blogs all having Pr 3 and 4. The 3 forums with about 40,000 page views on average each about 8000 uniques per month. These stats seem to have the trend of doubling to tripling on one forum each year. Forums are two years old and one is new but bought with a PR 3 and already semi-established. He wants a year deal with exclusive rights to particular key words in the articles on the home/landing pages provided (on the forums and primary Network site) and blogs which are HUGE in the treatment center industry. One client from one hit can earn him between 5K-25K depending on the treatment period. I only keep about 5 good clients in rotation on average and has only been for simple banners up to this point however he's seeking to more naturally integrate his content into mine so that it does not appear as advertising with exclusive rights to key words from his site and content niche which is a method of opiate detox. I've already explained that my quote would be for the home pages only and the forums themselves would remain independent from exclusive rights. Can someone throw out some numbers for rates if in a similar situation please? Don't want to loose him but the exclusivity aspect has to come with a high premium right?
