I find myself not wanting to use other places like say Guru, Freelancer, etc etc. I want to be able to post a thread outlining some work I need doing to get "quotes". It doesn't feel like it/this really "fits" anywhere presently. This thing (seeking quotes) I would like to do here on DP. Any chance of a "quotes" section addition for such things by any chance. Pretty please
Maybe someday, but there are a lot of other higher priority things to work on first (to do it right, it would need a custom quoting system built).
Ah I see what you mean casting my mind into thinking about it more in depth. I am going to be facing the same problem soon as a Company want me to set up a car insurance comparison site using their quotes system but I want to add all sorts of other "quotes" things to. What's the best thing to do in the meantime here on DP I can't find a way to ask about what I need doing anywhere that seems to fit quite right.
