Suggestion Quoted Message in Quick Reply at PM

    Why don't you use 'Reply With Quote' option as its quick as well.

    But there is only "Reply With Quote - Reply to Private Message" option available.

    When you click the "Reply To Private Message" on the bottom corner of the PM Box it will quote it :)

    You can also use the "View History" link to show the history of your PM thread.

    Yes I know that. I just suggested this because i saw this from the other forum with vbulletin software like DP. It will be useful for seller and Buyers..

    Yeah it isnt hard But most replies in my inbox doesnt have quoted messages. Means they just use quick reply.

    Are there any news?
    I'm tired to tell about using "reply with quotes" to almost everybody who answer on my messages in PM. Some guys even don't understand what I'm talking about when I asking that (nubes usually). :D
    I'm tired of searching in history what I offered, or what I told...
    That's really taking extra time when you need to answer on messages without quotes 10 times a day...

    The main forum for russian-speaking webmasters [link] has quotes for "quick reply" in PM. It is based on vBulletin too, and I think that it shouldn't be problem to implement that feature on DP.

    Anyway, glad to see that I'm not along! I hope it would be fixed soon.

    It seems to me guys didn't understood your post correctly. :-D
    I was confused by your message. It looks like you are referring to use INBOX and SENT ITEMS for checking history. lol!

    But ctrl+F in browser and placing "View History" there - only with this steps I could find this link. :-D
    It has the same style as text - "Message History View History" - I think less than 5% know about that.

    Why it is hidden?
    Is it possible to move this link somewhere near "Reply to Private Message" button?
    There's not for me, but many people really should know about this link...

    Go to your inbox and click on the PM you want to view. Scroll towards the bottom of the Private Message and there will be a link there which says View History, click it and there you are, all PM's sent between you and the recipient about that topic are shown on the screen. :)
