quote on url redirect script

    I am looking for the best price on this idea.. and who can deliver
    it in 24hrs or less..

    I want a URL redirect script that works like this:

    I can add up to 5 urls to it in a text file or in a database etc..

    the main url would be like this:

    mysite.com/recommends.php

    when a person clicks the URL for the 1st time, it takes them to the 1st url

    if they click the same url again..the script detects their ip address
    has already visited the 1st url..so it takes them to the 2nd url

    and so on..

    You could just as easily achieve this with some kind of add distribution system, I would recommend openx.org where you can have ads(links) show only once to one person under many, many different circumstances.

    Other then that I don't think it would be possible using text files, so you'll definitely need it to be database driven.
