Quote Me Happy: For a php/mysql driven job website?

    Im looking to start my own job/career website...

    ... as vague as that sounds, i'm trying to work out a 'ball park figure' of exactly how much money i'd be needing to invest to have someone develop a quality site.

    I'd provide all the complete designed and coded pages for the site, all the coder would need to do is... well code everything and add all the dynamic content/coding to make it work!

    As a quick overview, the site would have a public area (allowing ability to search listed jobs), advertisers area (allows advertisers to signup, post job listings and purchase credits which are redeemed for job listings) and an admin area used to approve job listings and set the credit/price to job listing ratio.

    Any price suggestions?
