Bug Quote Line-height Doesn't Account For Emoticons

    Unlike in posts, where posting an emoticon will adjust line height, the quote box doesn't. Attached a screenshot. :)

    The issue isn't so much with the line height, more an issue with the quote text being 19% smaller than non-quoted text, but the smilies were staying the same size. It should be fixed now (smilies are smaller in quotes now).
