If your link is irrelevant or placed forcefully in the content it will be removed by the moderators or the AI bots. If you are creating links on authoritative sites you need to be very specific about the content quality and placing links in the content.

from my humble opinion you should tried to post a link in 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 comments, and try to put elaborate answer always. You could also create additional accounts to put sometimes an upvote to your answer.
You have to create quality content consistently and post links that aren't from affiliate programs or fishy websites.
It's not that hard to post a link on quora but you'll need to have an aged account with good history. On top of it, your answer should provide some value and it's better if you get some upvotes.
