Upload speed varies from Server to server. we have tested our Upload speed from RS and we are getting from 800-1.2MB speed. which is a average speed. we have to control speeds to keep our server stable. and yes we are operating from CA and IND. yea we have upload tool , PM me your email i will send it to you. Hey sorry there was a minor testing but now its fix. and We have Average upload speed control to keep the server stable. I am sorry if it doesn't suits your needs as for now we have this to offer.

they are many site like that has been paying few members but after a couple of months paying them, they turn to scam
