It has now been 14 days that I started this service, so it"s time for a more interesting review:

Taketheglobe is my main advertisers (I tried a few other things for a week or so on jinxed.org). At first, I didn't really know what to expect from this and told myself: "Well, even if those people don't stick around, it will still be a good way to see if my website can handle the traffic, and moreover a very good and cheap way to increase my alexa rankings which will give my site more credibility and make it easier to find advertisers on my site."

They have been through a DDOS attack. I don't know if you know what that is, you can check on wikipedia. Only thing I know is that wbesites that are hit by this kind of attack just give up and shut down if they don't have the money, connections and willigness to get rid of it. So unlike many PTCs on this market, taketheglobe and take things seriously. That's already one thing.

In my previous review, I said that it was too early to tell the effect on my website because it had only been a day. Now it has been two weeks, and here is what I noticed:

First off, the traffic they bring me everyday just keep increasing. This is beautiful, I keep getting more and more people by the day.

Secondly, I saw a steady "direct access" increase: it's not that it took my "direct accesses" to ahigher stagnating plateau. No, it keeps increasing, by the day. Since taketheglobe is close to be my only advertiser, this increase is a direct effect of the service. In other words, people that discover my website thanks to this service stick around and come back.

Lastly, in my previous review, I said it was too early to tell about the taketheglobe's traffic self-investment in website. Now, I can say that the number of people posting on my website, creating content and so helping me is a little lower but comparable to the one I get from stumbleupon. Just so you know, SU's traffic costs 5 cent per visit when this thread's offer is $25 divided by 100 000 visits, i.e .00025 per visit.

To conclude, I strongly recommend using taketheglobe at this price and also at their regular price. I hope my review will help some people make up their minds. Since it did take a few minutes to help you readers, I don't mind getting some rep out of it

I have been using this service for about 2 weeks now. It is exactly as advertised. It took a little longer then expected to get setup, but I am seeing about 2,000 uniques a day, and some visitors are converting into mail signups, so I know it's real visitors.

 

Excellent reviews folks and we hope to gain you as repeat advertisers. We're expanding and adding even more features. EG product testing, market testing, surveys, and more so advertisers will be able to really poll a real consumer market even prior to launching a product to test viability. All members on our business are capable of buying a product if it's good. If you don't convert it means you need to revamp your product. This is as close as you can get to having people with cash walk directly into your store frontage.
