Selling QuImage.com - Cool image uploading site, great potential

Quimage.com is a beautiful, custom coded image hosting and sharing site. I've received offers for the domain alone but I would like the site to go to someone who has the time to grow it and full fill it's potential.

Initially it was put together to be a home for guests and members to share funny images, but it can host abby images which can then be easily embedded on to blogs, forums and message boards.

Just a few of the features;

The image uploader is 100% custom coded, I am not the developer but if you wish to speak with him about anything I can connect you with him, he's been very very helpful.

The site has massive potential for future advertising revenue, much in the same way sites like Imgur make money. I simply do not have the time to put into this site as i have too many other things to focus on.
