They provide no support. I had an VPS with them for about 5 months and it was hung for almost 2 months. As I was provided no HyperVM login, I could not restart it and it took them 90 days to create my an HyperVM login. Needless to say, I created a backup and shut the VPS down as soon as I received the login. And I didn't renew it.
Yesterday, I helped a friend buy, they did not respond to my tickets, I request a refund, but did not get back to.
Department Date Subject Status Urgency Billing 07/07/2009 18:32 Hello! I ask for a refund. Closed Medium He closed my ticket
It looks like he got refunded, according to that link. Hosts that only respond to tickets after a DigitalPoint thread is made, is very sad. shad0wz
yeah but look at their response, that is now way to write back to someone who is asking for a refund. you should ask how you can make it right and keep them. guess they don't care really.
I think that you can reply to the tickets, scroll down and write something. I typed "123".. That's weird.. shad0wz
I think someone had a laugh and posted that message from BillingSupport saying f*ck off. Surely it shouldn't be like that?
Well our WHMCS system is different. You need to sign in to see the ticket. I think he needs to disable that feature. shad0wz
The link the OP posted includes a "key" WHMCS uses to check if the visitor is the owner of the ticket (else he wouldn't have been able to enter that URL), and if it's correct it allows him/her to reply. Not a bug, but rather an improvement to allow the client to view/reply to the ticket without logging in. The OP should have never disclosed such URL. So it's not a WHMCS bug.
