    This is really a thread for appraising domains, not sites. If the site is generating revenue, than appraising it is ~relatively straight forward. If you would like, you can have it reviewed here and given suggestions on "actually" developing it. Because w/o a clear intent of what you are selling, the domain is really not worth much of anything. I'd start with changing the logo, because the capital "R" makes it a bit confusing... not a bad looking site though. Just add some content...
