    PR totally depends on quality of backlinks to your site.

    Sorry, but you are wrong... not totally, PR is a sum of SEO on your site, backlinks+ content(originally)+ visits+good optimization (mobile included)

    Pr has no significance now a days and it totally depends on quality of backlinks on your site, work overall on your site, don't concentrate only on PR.
