Quickly update the google cashed page

    Is there a way for google to force the update of a cashed page? Waiting for the arrival of google bot is the only option?

    Waiting for the Google bot is the only way for you. Of course, there are reasons the bot will visit a site more often. You could work on those...

    If you want to make google bot visit your site fast, then build some backlinks from high PR pages. This will increase the process of updating your cached page.
