I've been doing web design for 15 plus years and have several web related services as well. But it seems as though web design over rules all the other services no matter what I do. The problem is it takes way too long to be significantly profitable due to delayed customer response time to action items. Especially if those folks who need the web design are on tight budgets. My question is, are there any ideas/services out there that I can adopt to provide quicker services/turnaround that the client can't so much affect based on their response time, ie. providing content, logos, design feedback, etc. Or would it just be about the way I offer my services such as not giving the client so much freedom to customize a design?
